memtx: skip disabled functional indexes in MVCC

A functional index whose row is deleted from _func_index is disabled: its
function is detached and the index is given a dummy implementation that
holds no entries. The transaction manager does not know that and builds
the functional key of every written tuple for each functional index of
the space, so a write to such a space calls the detached function and
crashes.

Treat every tuple as excluded from a disabled functional index: the
index holds no entries, so there is nothing to track or to link.

Needed for #6385
