docs(examples): rewrite examples as typechecked, self-contained scripts (#218)

Three of the four examples threw a ReferenceError because they used
variables defined in other snippets, and the website tsconfig excluded
them from typechecking.

- Replace them with ten self-contained examples in Basics, Schemas, and
Real-world data categories, with an overview page
- Typecheck the examples against the library source in the website
workflow, so API changes that break them fail CI
- Build the website on pull requests and deploy only from master
