chore(eslint)!: 标记 lint 体系升级为破坏性变更

本次变更将 eslint 从 8.57 迁移至 10.13，并以 @antfu/eslint-config 全面替换
eslint-config-airbnb-base，属于工程体系的破坏性升级。

BREAKING CHANGE: 仓库 lint 体系由 eslint 8 + airbnb-base（legacy .eslintrc）
迁移至 eslint 10 + @antfu/eslint-config（flat config），代码风格统一为 antfu
默认规范（单引号、无分号）。包对外 API 与构建产物行为不变，但工程约束不再
兼容旧体系：legacy eslintrc/.eslintignore 配置失效，本地与 CI 的 Node 版本
需满足 eslint 10 的 engines 要求（^20.19.0 || ^22.13.0 || >=24）。
