fix(parser): fix the fast path for emphasis parsing to handle linkify prefixes correctly

- fast path could not parse emphasis correctly when there is a parser
  that is triggered by a space, such as LinkifyParser.
  - in most cases, the fast path is not used when there is a space triggered parser.
  - if there is only one space triggered parser and it is LinkifyParser, the fast path can be used.
- some minor issue(s) in the delimiter processing code were fixed.
  - quadratic parsing on fast path
  - invalid lower bound checking
