Fix `colour.Hellwig2022_to_XYZ` definition with *J_HK* and *M* but no *C*.

The *Helmholtz-Kohlrausch* inversion used the specification's *C* before
it could be derived from *M*: with *C* missing, *J* was not recovered from
*J_HK* and the output was wrong (*NaN* on `develop`). *J* is now recovered
after the *C* / *M* reconciliation, deriving *C* from *M* first if needed.

Fixes #1423.
