* feat: native Google sign-in through Firebase on Android and iOS

The Google button now skips the browser on the two handset heads: the
platform's own account picker (Credential Manager on Android,
GoogleSignIn on iOS), then Firebase Auth, then the Firebase ID token to
Sentinel's new /auth/device/firebase. Monitor signs out of Firebase as
soon as it has the token; Sentinel's device token is still the only
credential kept.

Anywhere it cannot work, it falls back to the browser without an error:
no Google client in the Firebase config, an unregistered signing key, a
Sentinel without the route (SentinelFailure.Unavailable). Windows and
Mac Catalyst keep the browser.

CI now registers the iOS plist's REVERSED_CLIENT_ID as a URL scheme;
GoogleSignIn crashes without it, so the app checks before using it.
Firebase Auth also needs the Fragment, Collection and Tracing -ktx shims
at matching versions, or D8 sees duplicate classes.

* ci: pin the iOS workload set to 10.0.401, as Link does

The newest set moved the iOS SDK to 27.1, which requires Xcode 27.1; the
macos-26 image has 26.6. Link pinned for the same failure on 2026-09-30.
