* Stop clearing the whole cache on every save

* Count outstanding and waiting invoices in SQL and cache them for the navbar

* Drop HTML minification middleware

* Leave inline sourcemaps out of production CSS builds

* Read the badge settings once per request

* Keep database connections open between requests

* Sample 10% of requests for Sentry tracing

* Remove the unused Google Fonts stylesheet from every page

* Fetch event and invoice listing data up front instead of once per row

* Load cable type connectors with the cable type

* Prefetch training item prerequisites on the item list

* Load revision users with activity versions

* Select related objects for event listings and search results

* Save only changed event items and drop the invoice counts once per event save

* Version the activity feed cache so it refreshes when a revision is saved

* Render PDFs one at a time per process so gunicorn threads are safe

* Show H3 in the footer when the connection is over HTTP/3

* Store the activity feed version without a timeout so the feed no longer reverts to a stale one
