Run the Ginkgo e2e suite in CI too (temporary, drop before merge)

Adds an e2e-tests-ginkgo job next to the bash e2e-tests job in ci.yaml,
so every CI run also exercises the Ginkgo suite on its own GPU
instances. The release job still depends only on the bash e2e job.

Its log artifacts get a ginkgo- prefix, so they do not clash with the
bash job's artifacts when both fail in the same run.

This commit only exists to prove the suite on real hardware while the
PR is open, and should be dropped before it merges.
