Build with Go 1.26.10 (#2396)

Every module's go directive moves from 1.26.1 to 1.26.10, which is what
setup-go installs in CI and release, so the shipped binary picks up the
eight 1.26.x patch releases since, including the crypto/x509 block list of
eight intermediate CA keys that 1.26.10 added.
