feat(file-input): add directory for folder selection (#2481)

- `directory` sets `webkitdirectory` on the native input. The field
  shows the folder name, and each file keeps its `webkitRelativePath`.
- fix: `value = ''` now also clears the form value and updates the
  validity.
- Add the PhotoBackup story and a shared showCustomError story helper.
- spec.md: folder selection, browser limits; an external label click
  opens the file picker.
