perf(canvas): keep a Text's measured MinSize

Text.MinSize measured through the font metrics cache on every call, a
lookup hashing the string, and every repaint calls it from the layouts
above the text and again from the painter, while a text mostly keeps
its string. The Text keeps the size it measured, with the text, size
and style it was measured for and the font metrics' generation, which
ClearFontMetrics bumps, so a font change measures anew. A text with a
FontSource is left to the cache: not every resource is comparable.

Windowed on the WebGPU painter (p50): text 2000 static 1.36 -> 0.82 ms,
widgets 500 static 2.57 -> 2.44.
