- Developed `igniteui-cli-template-anatomy` skill to outline the structure and version pinning of templates across frameworks.
- Implemented `igniteui-cli-template-version-update` skill to manage and audit Ignite UI package versions in templates.

* feat: enhance template version update process with new script for managing package pins

* docs: update SKILL.md and AGENTS.md for improved clarity on smoke testing and template processing

* Refactor skill sync logic to avoid redundancy
