* feat(helm): support pinning the manager image by digest

Add image.manager.digest. When set, the manager container image renders
as repository@digest and the tag is ignored; when empty, the existing
repository:tag (falling back to the chart appVersion) is unchanged.

* fix(helm): render numeric manager image tags

A tag set as a number (--set image.manager.tag=123) reaches the
template as a number, which printf %s renders as %!s(int64=123). Use
%v, matching the previous inline interpolation.

Like the tag, a repository set as a number reaches the template as a
number and printf %s renders it as %!s(int64=123). Use %v for the
repository in both the tag and digest forms.
