* fix: return an empty state when template logic inherits init

The runtime TemplateLogic base class's default init resolves to
undefined, so init() on a template whose logic only defines trigger
crashed reading `.state`. Treat an undefined init response as a
stateless template's empty placeholder state ({ state: {} }). The LLM
executor path already always returns a { state } object.

* test: move inherited-init tests into the TemplateArchiveProcessor suite

Loading template logic from a second test file in the same Jest worker
fails with "Test environment has been torn down", which broke the
macOS CI job (fewer workers, so both suites shared one). Keep the
regression tests alongside the other logic-executing tests.

* refactor: remove the dead "no init method" check in executeTypeScriptInit

The compiled logic always contains the runtime TemplateLogic base class
and its init stub, so the `includes('init(')` short-circuit never fired.
Logic without its own init is handled by the inherited init resolving to
undefined, which becomes the stateless { state: {} } placeholder.
