sec: bump golang.org/x/crypto to v0.58.0 (#246)

* sec: bump golang.org/x/crypto replace directive to v0.58.0

Fixes CVE by removing the pin to vulnerable v0.53.0 in the replace
block, aligning with the version already declared in require.

* sec: remove no-op golang.org/x/* replace directives

The five golang.org/x/* replace directives were pinning each package to
the exact same version already declared in require, making them no-ops.
Removing them reduces noise; the remaining replace block retains the
intentional k8s.io/* and protobuf version overrides.
