Trim cached GitHub responses to the properties PackageGuard reads

The GitHub response cache stored every response body in full, although
each call reads only a few properties. One commit listing alone took
about 490 KB. Each call now names the properties it reads, and the
response is trimmed to those before it is cached or handed out. An
entry records the selection it was trimmed to, so a newer version that
reads more properties fetches the body again instead of revalidating
a body that lacks them.

The commit history and closed-issue requests no longer pass a "since"
timestamp. That timestamp changed on every run, so these URLs never
matched a cached entry and cost a full request each time. The same
date limits are now applied to the results.
