* feat(realtime)!: expose status through the actors and drop StatusMirror

RealtimeClient and RealtimeChannel own their status directly. `status` is
actor-isolated and read with `await`; `statusChanges()` and `heartbeats()`
are actor methods that keep their continuations in the actor and yield on
every change. The nonisolated `statusSnapshot` and the StatusMirror type are
gone: every production reader is the other actor on the same executor, so
the lock-protected copy bought nothing.

Streams end when the channel is removed or when the owner is released.

BREAKING CHANGE: `statusSnapshot` is removed; `statusChanges` and
`heartbeats` are now `async` methods.

* fix(realtime): probe the socket before switching on the channel state in unsubscribe

`isSocketConnected()` became an `await` when `statusSnapshot` went away, which
put a suspension point between reading `state` and starting the unsubscribe.
Two concurrent callers could both see `.subscribed` and start two tasks. Probe
first, then switch and transition in one synchronous stretch.
