Fix the lint and Windows failures of the source path tests

golines rejected the options of the render after a failed one on a single line.
The test summary report fails on a report file that does not exist, and only
ubuntu ran the tests with source paths, so every OS now runs them, which also
checks that Render finds the templates beside the caller on Windows.
