Keep directive arguments from hiding the variables of the generated code

The generated code unmarshals the arguments of a directive into variables
in a closure beside the object it passes to the directive (obj, rawArgs,
asMap or it), the next resolver, its receiver, the packages it calls and
the literals it writes for absent arguments and booleans. Variables named
after the arguments hid any of those with the same name: the directive
received the value of the argument in place of the object, or the
generated code did not compile. Name them by position, arg0, arg1 and so
on, instead.

The functions in DirectiveRoot keep the names of the arguments for their
parameters, but one that repeats ctx, obj, next, the results res and err,
or an earlier parameter, gets the suffix Arg, since a repeated name did
not compile either.
