Make the execbehavior helpers deterministic and share them

Sort the errors of a response by message and then by path, and the
deferred responses by label and then by path with list indices compared
as numbers, so that errors with the same message and paths past index 9
keep a fixed order. Read the fields of Coordinates in a fixed order, so
that an input with two invalid fields always fails with the same error.

Move the request and subscription helpers that the tests of the
subpackages repeat into internal/exectest. Link the issue of each known
bug from its comment, and describe the Issue line in doc.go.
