Switch e2e to github.com/mxschmitt/playwright-go (#75)

`make e2e-setup` uses `@latest`, which now resolves to v0.6201.1 declaring `github.com/mxschmitt/playwright-go` and fails with a module-path mismatch. Separately, the e2e suite pins playwright-go v0.5700.1, whose driver download URLs now return 404, so it cannot install an uncached driver.

e2e now uses `github.com/mxschmitt/playwright-go` v0.6201.1, which builds the driver from the `playwright-core` npm package and a Node.js release. Imports and `vendor/` follow, and `go-jose` drops out since only the old playwright-go used it. `e2e-setup` runs `go run -mod=mod` without `@latest`, so the installer matches the version in `go.mod`. Plain `go run` fails here because `cmd/playwright` is not vendored.
