Serialize typed start events as JSON in synchronous runs (#805)

`WorkflowClient.run_workflow()` fails before sending a request when a
typed start event contains values such as `datetime` or `UUID`. Its
bare-event serialization uses `model_dump()` in Python mode, leaving
those objects in the body passed to HTTPX's JSON encoder. The same event
already works with `run_workflow_nowait()`, whose envelope uses
JSON-mode serialization.

Use `model_dump(mode="json")` for the bare event too. This keeps the
synchronous endpoint's expected body shape and lets Pydantic handle the
field encoding. Plain dict inputs and the existing envelope paths are
unchanged.

The regression runs a real `WorkflowClient` against `WorkflowServer`
through HTTPX's ASGI transport, with a typed event containing a
timezone-aware datetime and UUID. It checks workflow completion and the
round-tripped result for both synchronous and nowait entry points. No
methods are mocked. Before the fix, the synchronous case raises
`TypeError: Object of type datetime is not JSON serializable`; the
nowait case passes. Both pass after the fix.

Validation:

- Full client package: 87 passed on Python 3.13, including the two new
regression cases.
- Python 3.10 / HTTPX 0.28.1 / Pydantic 2.12.0: 87 passed. Pydantic
2.12.0 satisfies the server/core packages used by the end-to-end tests.
- `uv run pre-commit run -a`: all hooks pass, including Ruff, ty and
basedpyright.
- `uv run dev -j 2`: 3115 passed, 1 failed. The failure is
`test_idle_release_e2e_sqlite`, which times out connecting to a local
DBOS HTTP server. Unmodified upstream `f4412c5` also exhibits DBOS HTTP
connection timeouts under the same locked Python 3.13 environment; this
run is not fully green. No tests were skipped or changed to hide that
failure, and no timeouts were relaxed. Docker / LlamaCloud tests retain
the repository's default exclusions and were not run separately.
