fix: don't list AAAA in the address NSEC record when IPv6 is disabled (#79)

With `disabledIpv6` a service has no AAAA records, but its address NSEC
record still listed both A and AAAA. RFC 6762 6.1. uses that bitmap to
tell a querier which types exist for the name, so a querier asking for
both kept waiting for an AAAA answer that never comes: a lookup with
getaddrinfo() took 5 seconds on macOS.

The bitmap now lists A only when IPv6 is disabled.
