Merge main into v2 (#2369)

* feat: match a customer-configured manifest filename (#2265)

Detect valid manifests regardless of filename and create a
separate slim companion for each one. Track per-manifest metadata
to avoid collisions and preserve sibling manifests when slimming
one fails.

* Log out of a domain under the name login stored it as

Login normalizes the domain with FormatDomain, so `astro login
cloud.astronomer.io` stores its context as astronomer.io. Logout looked
the domain up as given, so `astro logout cloud.astronomer.io` found no
context. Since #2218 that exits 1 and leaves the token and refresh token
in the config; before it, the command reported success.

* Mark only a full stable-major release as GitHub's latest (#2370)

make_latest evaluated to true for every v1 tag, prereleases included.
GitHub refuses to make a prerelease the latest release, so goreleaser's
publish step fails with "422 Latest release cannot be draft or
prerelease". Every v1 nightly since #2266 has failed this way and been
left as a Draft, and a v1.47.0 RC would fail the same way.
