Added cpc_name parameter to zhmc_storage_volume_list module

Details:

* Added a new input parameter 'cpc_name' to the existing
  'zhmc_storage_volume_list' module in order to properly handle storage group
  names that are not unique across all managed CPCs. The new parameter is
  optional for backwards compatibility, but is highly recommended to always
  be used.

* If this new parameter is not specified and storage group names are
  not unique across all managed CPCs, the module now returns an error, where
  previously it has silently returned the volumes from any one of the
  same-named storage groups.
