Log out of a domain under the name login stored it as (#2371)

* Log out of a domain under the name login stored it as

Login normalizes the domain with FormatDomain, so `astro login
cloud.astronomer.io` stores its context as astronomer.io. Logout looked
the domain up as given, so `astro logout cloud.astronomer.io` found no
context. Since #2218 that exits 1 and leaves the token and refresh token
in the config; before it, the command reported success.
