* feat: add injectable clock for time-based combinators (#288)

Add the clock and clock/testclock packages and read the clock from the context in Delay, Timer, WithTimeout and Retrying. Without a clock in the context the real clock is used and the behaviour is unchanged.

Closes #288

* chore(gen): regenerate examples database

Run runGenerators.bat to pick up the examples of the clock and clock/testclock packages.
