Read-only archived channels (#327)

* Make archived channels read-only instead of removing their members

Archiving keeps every membership: members still read the history, search
it and can leave, but nobody can post, reply, edit, delete, react, pin,
rename, add members or deliver webhooks/scheduled messages there
(ErrChannelArchived, 409 channel_archived). Owners and system admins can
unarchive (POST /api/v1/channels/{id}/unarchive, channel.unarchived event).
The sidebar list keeps archived channels and flags them (UserChannel.archived);
directory, browse and channel search still exclude them.

* Show archived channels read-only in the UI

Archived channels move to a folded Archived section at the bottom of the
sidebar. Opening one shows its history with a read-only notice in place of
the composer (thread panel too), message rows offer only copy, mark unread
and remind, and the member list hides adding people. Owners and system
admins get Unarchive in the header menu and on the notice; archiving keeps
the user on the channel. channel.archived / channel.unarchived refetch the
channel and the sidebar live.
