E-stepper: a run whose steps the browser cannot send ends with a RecursionError (#613)

The steps go to the page in a message, and postMessage fails with "Maximum call stack size
exceeded" on a program nested deeper than the stack can take (about 1900 levels, 450 calls),
which the run itself got through. getEStepperSteps now tries the deepest step as the message
it is sent in and cuts the run at the last step that can be sent, with the RecursionError
steps (#610). isStackOverflow also recognizes the browser's DOMException and errors of another
realm.
