Classifier (#2458)

* 1. remove augmentation package and test
2. added jev classifier code and config

* ci: Skip the virtualenv when running flake8

Pyflakes hits a RecursionError on SymPy inside .venv and flake8 exits 1,
which stops the GitHub Actions job under bash -e. Exclude .venv and venv
so the syntax check runs on project code only.

* test: Remove yield from LLM hyperparameter test

Pytest rejects yield in tests, so TestUtility failed at collection.
Save the OpenAI metadata first, assert the defaults, and delete that
document afterward.
