perf!: copy session keys into pending messages instead of sharing them (#122)

A `PendingEncapsulate` or `PendingDecapsulate` held an `Arc` to its
session's key, so every message bumped a reference count that the
threads encrypting and decrypting messages decrement, and the cache line
holding that count bounced between them for every message. Pending
messages now carry a copy of the 32-byte key.

A `Decrypted` message hands the key back, and committing checks it
against the session in constant time, so a message cannot be committed
to a later session whose index matched.
