ci: adapt the lint configuration to super-linter 9 (#1446)

super-linter 9 ignores .stylelintrc.json and ships newer linters. Drop
the stylelint configuration in favor of the default one, reordering the
rules it flagged without changing the rendering, and fix the Prettier,
Ruff and ESLint findings. Also drop the JavaScript and TypeScript
Standard toggles it ignores.
