docs: prefer a Provider over module-scope state for app-wide state (#4141)

The cheatsheet (shipped in the package and published as the
solid-2.0-cheatsheet skill) and the 2.0 ownership doc still said a
module-scope signal/store is the way to hold app-wide state, the opposite
of the createContext JSDoc (#3395) and the 2.0 docs. Module scope is
shared by every request on the server; reserve it for constants.
