Add a fuzz test for the output parser

FuzzHandleOutput feeds arbitrary output to the terminal at sizes from 0x0
to 255x255, optionally resizing it part way and with debug output on or
off, with fyne.Do running on a stand-in for the main goroutine; a panic, or
an input that does not finish within 30 seconds, fails. Its seeds are the
inputs the fixes before this one handle, and the output of vim, less, nano
and screen recorded in an 80x24 pseudo-terminal on synthetic files
(test_data/sessions). The seeds run with go test; go test -fuzz
FuzzHandleOutput explores further.
