Make expressions work with value types of add-ons

Value types of add-ons, such as the chemicals of Integrated Mekanism,
only partly worked in expressions:

- Parameters could only have the types of Integrated Dynamics, from a
  fixed list used by the type selector, the parser and the server.
  Dropping a parameter in a chemical slot still made it a chemical,
  which the selector showed as Any. Parameters can now have any
  registered type that is not a category, plus Any and Number, and the
  selector lists the types of add-ons after those of Integrated
  Dynamics.
- (c: integratedmekanism:chemicalstack) did not parse, as the colon of
  the namespace ended the parameter list, while the printer writes the
  types of add-ons this way. Types can also leave out their namespace
  when no other type has that name, as in @chemicalstack{...}.
- Typed values compared numbers by their tag type, so amount: 1000 was
  an error for an amount that is stored as a long. Numbers with the
  same value now count as kept, also in lists and arrays.
- Slots only took items in Item slots. They now also take the items
  that the element of the slot's type reads, such as a bucket in a
  fluid slot, a block item in a block slot and a chemical tank in a
  chemical slot. Such a constant is shown as that item, keeps a typed
  amount when the item is put back, and the item's tooltip shows the
  value when the item does not show it exactly.

Checked in game with Integrated Mekanism 1.2.0 and Mekanism 10.7.16.
