fix(postgres): bind a JSON column's array value as one JSON document

`DataType.JSON` had no entry in the SQB-to-postgrejs OID map, so a JSON
column's parameter went to the driver untyped. For an array value the
driver then wrote an array literal and the server inferred `json[]`:
`column "repos" is of type jsonb but expression is of type json[]`.
Declare the `json`/`_json` OIDs for it, so the value is sent as one JSON
document (an array column still gets `_json`). Verified against a `json`
and a `jsonb` column.
