Prototype for the measures: the nodes of A* on a ReversibleDomain without the pointer to the parent

A ReversibleDomain gives predecessor( s , op ), the state that the
operator op generated s from; SlidingTile is one. AStar then keeps
CompactNode, 24 bytes instead of 32 on the 15-puzzle, and rebuilds the
path from the goal backwards by the predecessors, looking up the operator
of each state in the closed list; the expansions do not change.
