Skip edge-only views when removing a node from the store (#324)

GraphViewStore.removeNode called GraphViewImpl.removeNode on every view, which throws on views without nodes. Removing a node while an edge-only view existed failed inside NodeStore.remove, after its edges were already removed. Edge-only views include all store nodes and incident edges are removed from them beforehand, so they are now skipped.
