Cover slug mutation, suggestions and real Rails task registration

Exercise saved slug clearing/reset/unset, explicit-text suggestions, history-state reporting, unconfigured concerns, version/require entry points and actual Rails task registration. Keep existing standalone rake tests isolated from the Rails constant. Combine real supported Mongoid8 and9 reports rather than fake obsolete metadata/version APIs.
