Map Bessel functions to the MSVC CRT names (#915)

Generated code calls the POSIX integer-order Bessel functions jn and yn.
MSVC's CRT spells them _jn and _yn and deprecates the POSIX names, so
every call site is a diagnostic there.

Redirect jn/yn to the CRT names in the generated file, guarded on
_MSC_VER since no other C library provides the underscored names. The
mapping is placed after the system headers so the declarations in
<math.h> are not themselves rewritten by the macros, next to the
existing _XOPEN_SOURCE block that makes glibc declare jn/yn in the
first place.

Also adds the first test of the Bessel functions, which previously
appeared only in the MathFunctions demo. It evaluates them with the
vertex rule so the result has a closed form, checked against sympy.

Fixes #839.
