fix: runtime errors no longer discard the output printed before them (#4495)

* fix: runtime errors no longer discard the output printed before them

handleErrors emitted the error bare, and redux-saga's take throws an Error
instance into the generator instead of returning it. Every runtime error
therefore took the catch path meant for rejected runs, which interrupts at
once and terminates the Worker before the prints queued ahead of the error
on their own MessagePort have arrived. Emit the error wrapped in an object
so take returns it and the normal drain-to-sentCount path applies.
