refactor(serde): dedupe vec/quat impls and collapse the EulerRot visitor (#905)

Merge `impl_serde_quat` into `impl_serde_vec4` via extra `$ctor` and
`$test_name` parameters, removing the duplicated Quat impl.

Replace the `EulerRot` serde machinery. The local `Field` enum and its
`Deserialize` impl, the `visit_enum` variant dispatch, the `visit_u64`,
`visit_str` and `visit_bytes` arms, and the function-local `VARIANTS`
slice are replaced with a single `euler_rot_variants!` list that
generates an exhaustive `variant_info` match, a `variant_at` index
lookup, a `variant_from_name` lookup and the `VARIANT_NAMES` slice.

`visit_bytes` now always reports the `"\u{fffd}\u{fffd}\u{fffd}"`
placeholder for invalid UTF-8 instead of using
`String::from_utf8_lossy` under `std`, dropping that path's
`alloc`/`std` dependency.

Also fix the `f32 values` error-message spacing, simplify `Mat2`'s
serialize body to match `Mat4`'s, and strengthen the `BVec4A` serde
test.
