fix(skill): carry explicit revmux roots and warn when a worktree holds the archive (#46)

* fix(skill): carry an explicit revmux root through the skill's scripts

`task-state.sh` and `preflight.sh` always ran a bare `revmux config`. A session
running revmux with `--tasks-dir` saw `exists: false` for a task that was there,
and one with `--config-dir` had a profile defined only there refused as unknown,
or a roster checked against the default one. `task-state.sh` now takes
`--tasks-dir` and `preflight.sh` takes `--config-dir`, both passed on to
`revmux config`. Bash tests under `.github/scripts` run both scripts against a
fake revmux, from `make test` and the CI lint-scripts job, and on macOS they run
under the system bash 3.2.

The skill carries an explicit root on every revmux call. In a linked worktree it
tells the user once that the archive is deleted with the worktree when it
resolves inside it, and that untracked `.revmux` overrides from the main checkout
may differ. Round preparation stops on a refused write and blocks launch until
the refusal is resolved.

* fix(skill): compare physical paths and pass --config-dir to task-state

The worktree notice compared `paths.tasks_dir`, which revmux leaves with
symlinks in it, against the symlink-resolved toplevel git prints, so on a
checkout reached through a symlink the archive looked outside the worktree and
the user was never told it goes with it. Step 0 now resolves the tasks root with
`realpath`, or its nearest existing parent while it does not exist yet, and
checks containment at a directory boundary.

`task-state.sh` takes `--config-dir` as well and forwards both flags in the
order given. Without it, a broken default configuration failed the inventory
even when the session's selected configuration was valid. The script now loads
that configuration directly, including its INI-selected tasks root.
