Locate project.assets.json via MSBuild instead of assuming obj/ (#303)

* Locate project.assets.json via MSBuild instead of assuming obj/

Projects that redirect their intermediate output (e.g. BaseIntermediateOutputPath
in a Directory.Build.props) were skipped, because the lock file was always
expected at {project}/obj/project.assets.json. Ask MSBuild for the
ProjectAssetsFile property and fall back to the default location if that fails.

* Prefer obj/project.assets.json and explain MSBuild lookup failures

Only ask MSBuild for the ProjectAssetsFile property when the lock file is not
in the default obj folder, which avoids the extra MSBuild call for most
projects. If that lookup fails, the warning now mentions that it requires
.NET SDK 8.0.100 or later and includes MSBuild's output.
