feat(vue): support v-model:data and regenerate schemas on data change (#2478)

Changing a prop like `additionalErrors` dispatches `updateCore` with the
`data` prop. If the parent did not sync `data` with the form edits, this
reset the form to stale data.

The JsonForms component now emits `update:data` whenever the form data
changes, so `v-model:data` keeps the parent state current. On mount it
only emits if initialization replaced the given data. The `data` prop
stays controlled, as in React and Angular.

When no `schema` is given, external `data` changes now regenerate the
schema and UI schema if the shape of the data changed.

Core changes:
- `generateJsonSchema` generates a schema matching the root value's
  type (array, primitive, or `{}` for `undefined`) instead of always
  treating it as an object
- `generateDefaultUISchema` returns an empty layout instead of `null`
- remove the now unreachable `null` checks in the `CombinatorProperties`
  renderers

Both generator changes are documented in MIGRATION.md.

Updates the Vue README and the vue-vuetify dev app to use `update:data`.
