Fix CodeQL code-scanning alerts

- Multipart: combine nested if statements in Dispose(bool).
- MimeEntity: replace the type tests of 'this' in
  IMimeDisposable.GetChild with a private protected virtual
  GetChildForDisposal method that Multipart and MessagePart override.
- MimeAnonymizer: only fall back to anonymizing the raw content for
  FormatException and ObjectDisposedException instead of catching all
  exceptions.
- UnitTests: count finalizations and disposals with a shared counter
  object instead of static fields.
