fix: compare numbers by value in eq and ne helpers (#789)

eq and ne used plain JSON equality, so an integer and a float with the
same value were not equal: {{eq 2.0 2}} rendered false and {{ne 2.0 2}}
rendered true, while gte and lte both treated them as equal. This hits
f64 fields of serialized structs compared with integer literals, e.g.
{{#if (eq total 0)}} with total: 0.0.

Compare two numbers with the same numeric ordering that gt, gte, lt and
lte use. Other values keep plain JSON equality, so (eq 5 "5") is still
false.
