Show each API token's kind (STANDARD / DIRECT_ACCESS) in token lists (#2249)

* add token type column

* Name the token column KIND, show "-" for no kind, add it to the org picker, and test it

From a code review of this PR:

- The column is KIND, as the API names the field (ApiToken.Kind), not
  TYPE: these packages already use "token type" for a token's scope
  (DeploymentTokenType, TokenType, the tokenTypes filter), and SCOPE
  and TYPE side by side read as the same thing.
- organization.TokenKind renders the cell, for all three families: the
  kind, or "-" when the API names none, rather than a blank cell.
- The organization token picker (rotate, update, delete without an id)
  shows KIND too, as the deployment and workspace pickers now do: it
  is where telling a DIRECT_ACCESS token from a STANDARD one matters.
- Tests: TokenKind, and each family's list showing the KIND header and
  a DIRECT_ACCESS token's kind; the organization one also the "-".
