feat(compression): add timberjack_nozstd build tag to drop klauspost/compress (#126)

Building with -tags timberjack_nozstd compiles out the zstd encoder so
github.com/klauspost/compress is not linked into the binary. In that build,
Compression: "zstd" falls back to gzip with a warning on stderr. Default
builds are unchanged.
