fix(IcuTrans): explicit values win over defaultVariables, RSC entry point, ESM sideEffects

IcuTrans and Trans merged interpolation.defaultVariables over the explicit values; explicit values now win, as in t(). New entry point react-i18next/IcuTransWithoutContext (with types) that does not create the React context on import, so it works in Server Components. The ESM build now declares "sideEffects": false in dist/es/package.json, so a Trans-only bundle no longer pulls in IcuTrans. Changelog drafted as 17.0.21.
